Refund policy

This policy explains how returns and refunds work for AEQUITAS SPORT orders.

1) Return window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

2) Return condition requirements

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in resellable condition
  • Returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable)
  • Returned with proof of purchase (order number/receipt)

3) Items generally not eligible for return

Unless defective on arrival or required by law:

  • Gift cards and digital items
  • Clearance/final sale items
  • Items showing wear, washing, or damage
  • Hygiene-related items once opened (if applicable)
  • Custom/personalized items (if applicable)
  • Items returned missing parts/tags/packaging

4) How to start a return

Email support@aequitassport.us with:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you want to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if damaged or incorrect

If approved, we’ll send return instructions and an RMA reference if needed.
Do not send returns without authorization—unidentified packages may be refused or delayed.

5) Return shipping costs

  • Change of mind / wrong size ordered: customer pays return shipping
  • Wrong item shipped / defective on arrival / transit damage: we cover reasonable return shipping after verification

6) Inspection & refund timing

After we receive your return, inspection typically takes 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks may take 3–7 business days to post the credit.

7) Cancellations

If you cancel before shipment, we refund minus a 5% processing offset (non-recoverable payment processor fees). If the order has shipped, the return process applies.

8) Delivery issues

Report missing/damaged/incorrect shipments within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) so we can help quickly.
