Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains processing times, delivery estimates, and what to do if a shipment is delayed or arrives damaged.

1) Shipping coverage

We ship to U.S. addresses. Some items may be restricted due to size/weight or carrier limitations.

2) Order processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). If an item requires extra handling time or is backordered, we’ll notify you.

3) Transit estimates (after dispatch)

  • Standard: typically 3–7 business days
  • Expedited: typically 2–5 business days (if offered at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by weather, peak seasons, or carrier delays.

4) Tracking & split shipments

Tracking is emailed when a label is created. Carrier scans may take up to 48 hours to update. Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages and generate multiple tracking numbers.

5) Address accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address and contact number at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.

6) Problems in transit

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, contact support@aequitassport.us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). Include your order number and photos if applicable.
